SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing and Fulfillment Times
All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. [1, 2, 3]

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following flat-rate and calculated shipping options for delivery within the United States:
  • Standard Shipping (3-7 Business days): 0-0.99 lbs for $4.99, 1 lb to 1.99 lbs for $8.99, 2 lbs to unlimited for $14.99 or Free for all orders over $75.00.
  • Express Shipping ([1-3 Business days): 0-0.99 lbs for $14.99, 1lb to 1.99 lbs for $24.99, 2lbs to unlimited for $34.99.
  • Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not legally guaranteed. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes may take longer. [1, 2, 3]
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to internationally via USPS or FedEx. [1]
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nina's Boothtiqueis not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the sole responsibility of the customer. [1, 2, 3]
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update on the carrier's network. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS. Please note that express shipping is not available for these addresses.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Nina's Boothtique is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping once the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. [1, 2, 3, 4]
  • If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • We highly recommend verifying your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
